Your life. In view.
A little clarity for today. More room for the life you’re building together.
Every dollar here is a step.

The route
One target at a time. Minimums on everything else, always.
Paid cash?
Card purchases log themselves from the bank. Snap a receipt only for cash, Venmo, or a card that isn't linked yet.

What we're actually building.
Add your Pinterest saves here. Every tile is a reason to keep going on a month when it feels like nothing's moving.
Your money, organized.
Transactions, your monthly plan and reports in one place.
Transactions
The monthly map
Where the take-home goes. Each bar is that line's share of the month; underneath is what's actually gone out this month.
Log a cash purchase
Cards log themselves from the bank within a day. This is for cash, Venmo, or a card that isn't linked yet.
Snap it and the fields fill themselves — or just type it.
Miscellaneous funds
The costs that aren't monthly but always come anyway. A little every month beats the card in December.
The bank side, handled.
Every account in one place. What's coming out, what's coming in, and what's actually spare.
Your accounts, together.
Add another bank, get Dani set up, or fix a connection.
About 15–25 minutes together. Bank verification can take longer. Your Dream Life sign-in and your Tiller sign-in are separate.
Your own sign-in
Already in? You can keep going. If your partner forgot their password, make a reset code beside their existing name in Sign-ins. For someone new, use an invite code instead.
They choose their own password. Codes work once and last 24 hours.
Open Tiller together
Use Kadin’s primary Tiller account to add the bank. Dani enters her bank login and verification herself. A Tiller secondary user cannot add a bank.
Open Tiller ↗Keep this page open. Bank passwords never go into Dream Life.
Choose your household sheet
In Tiller’s left menu, choose the existing personal Dream Life spreadsheet. Open Manage Links and select the new accounts. Keep your existing accounts selected.
Use the personal sheet, never Iron Circle. Accounts ending 8107 and 4536 stay excluded. Don’t create a new sheet or reinstall the sync.
If a shared account appears under both logins, link just one copy.
Let the accounts come through
Once the new data is in the sheet, its hourly sync brings it here. To send it sooner, open the sheet’s Dream Life → Sync to the app now menu. If your sheet uses Tiller’s sidebar, fill available updates there first.
This checks data already received by the app. It does not refresh your bank or run the sheet’s sync.
Say whose is whose
New accounts appear under New — whose is this? below. Open each one, choose Kadin, Dani, or Joint, then tap Save.
Compare one purchase and balance with your bank. You’re finished when the expected accounts are here, their owners are right, and those numbers agree.
Something missing or not updating?
Bank needs verification? Open Tiller with the bank account holder and finish the bank’s prompt there.
Missing account? Check Manage Links on the personal spreadsheet. An account connected to Tiller is not automatically linked to this sheet.
Sheet updated, app hasn’t? In the sheet, choose Dream Life → Sync to the app now, then check for new accounts here.
Bank isn’t supported? Use the CSV import below. CSV accounts update only when you import another statement.

Import a CSV
For a bank Tiller can't reach. Download the statement as CSV from the bank's website and drop it here. Importing the same file twice adds nothing.
Feed settings
Leave it blank to use everything the bank sends. A receipt you scanned and the bank's copy of the same purchase are matched automatically, so nothing counts twice.
The line that only goes up.
Every payment and every dollar saved moves this. It never goes backwards as long as you keep going.
Debt burn-down
What if we found a little more?
+$0 / monthDrag it. Dani's nanny money, a commission check, the $275 if the policy turns out to be swappable. This is what each one actually buys you.
Snowball or avalanche?
Two honest ways to kill the same debt. Avalanche hits the highest rate first and costs the least. Snowball kills the smallest balance first, so you feel a win sooner. Same money every month either way.
Debt thermometers
Month by month
Every month you've closed out, and what moved.
Record this month
Open the app or the statement and copy the number that's left. Not what you paid — what you still owe. That's what draws the gold line.
Month by month
Every line
One door. Then all of it.
Nothing on this board opens while you still owe money. That isn't a punishment — it's the shortest path. Every dollar of interest you're not paying is a dollar that goes here instead.
Already living this
Not locked, not waiting on money. True this month and every month.
Forty-five minutes, once a month.
First Sunday. Sit down together and go through this. The couples who make it talk about money on a schedule instead of during a fight.

Everything saves to your own Cloudflare worker the moment you change it, and the other phone picks it up within half a minute. The Google Sheet pushes into the same place.

Export
Tab-separated rows paste straight into the sheet's ledger block. The backup is everything, including the dream board.
Default monthly budget
Used for months without a saved plan. For a specific month, open Money → Plan a month. Giving stays at 10%.
What we owe, exactly
Rates and minimums from the statements. Until you tick “from the statement”, the app says it's assuming.
Sign-ins
Each of you has your own name and password. Forgot one? The other person makes a one-time code here — that's the way back in. Codes last a day and work once.
